The bright apartment consists of a spacious living room with a dining area, armchairs, and a single sofa bed; a small, fully equipped kitchen; a large double bedroom; and a bathroom with shower. It is air conditioned. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Ideal for a couple with a child. A section of the garden, furnished with a table and chairs, is reserved for guests.
The apartment has no internal stairs and is located on the same level as the furnished garden area. However, access to the front door from the gate on the street, where the car is parked, involves a short downhill section (about 13 meters) paved with stone. The slope is not suitable for wheelchairs and may create problems for people with mobility impairments.
Upon arrival, you will be required to pay the tourist tax according to the methods established by the Municipality of Orbetello. The tax in 2025 was €3.50 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights.
Children under 14 and non-self-sufficient disabled guests, including one companion, are exempt from the tax. You will be issued a receipt for the amount paid, which I will transfer to the Municipality of Orbetello. For your convenience, we ask you to pay in cash.
