The location of this Beach Villa is in Fontane Bianche, Syracusa. Here you have a spectacular view of the sea in the first line and direct access to the beach -no more than 15 meters-. The air-conditioned modern furnished villa has 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, large living room with fireplace and TV. All bedrooms are fully equipped with their own TV. The kitchen is also well equipped. The villa also includes two bathrooms with hairdryer, towels, bidet and shower. An outdoor bathroom with shower, toilet & washing machine is available on the large terrace. WLAN is available. The highlight of the villa is the outdoor Jacuzzi with direct sea view and an additional outdoor shower. Shopping facilities and restaurants are available nearby.
