In an enviable position, with a romantic view from which to admire the most beautiful sunsets of Mykonos, the villa, located in the Fanari area, looks at the old lighthouse, the sea and the beautiful island of Tinos. The villa consists of three units arranged on different levels which are completely independent and autonomous. This unit, on the ground floor has two private gardens with flowers and olive and lemon trees. It consists of a large open kitchen with a delicious and intimate breakfast corner plus a nice dining table and three large sofas. Two large bedrooms with separate bathrooms allow guests to fully enjoy privacy and autonomy. A beautiful swimming pool is available to guests and a camares leaning against it ensures pleasant relaxation away from the heat. A large area equipped to enjoy the sun and the view and a large living room adjacent to the swimming pool, a bbq, a long table where you can spend hours of conviviality and a well-equipped bar make this outdoor corner the ideal refuge from the confusion of the crowd. The architecture is elegant and sober, fully functional. The interiors are elegant and simple and integrate the environmentally friendly and sophisticated exterior architecture. If Mykonos is the island of fun and chaos, accommodation provides the necessary serenity when returning. The lighthouse, one of the oldest in Greece, is just 400 meters away and is an excursion destination. From the villa you can see one of the most beautiful sunsets on the island. The villa can be reached by car or motorbike, because public transport departs from the city to reach only a few beaches. The villa has a large parking area. Cleaning is done once a week. It can also be done daily or on request with an additional cost. House Rules:
1) Ban on smoking indoors.
2) Respect and take care of the house as if it were yours.
3) Prohibition of pets at home.
4) Take a shower before entering the pool.
5) The cost of cleaning is € 30 per day.
6) The change of linen is done every 3 days.
7) Don't leave the lights on when you're not at home.
8) Do not throw toilet paper in the toilet.
