The apartment is located in Mestre about 20 minutes from Venice. Venice can be easily reached by tram. The cost of the tram ticket is 1.50 euros per person and is valid for 75 minutes. Near the apartment there are 2 large green parks. ( Parco San Giuliano e Parco Bissuola
The apartment on the third floor (without lift) in a small condominium context of only 6 units is 10 minutes by car from Venice Marco Polo airport, about 15 minutes from the Mestre railway station (Venice), and 5 minutes from the main highways .
Mestre is then about 30 minutes by car from the cities of Chioggia, Padua, Treviso, and about 15 minutes from the Riviera del Brenta. Mestre is divided from Venice by a long bridge 'Ponte della Liberta' (4km) and is the first city you come across once you leave Venice.
The accommodation consists of kitchen, living room, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 complete bathroom and 1 small bathroom. It is complete with every accessory has been further integrated with: a first aid kit, 1 portable fire extinguishers. A cot for children from 0 to 3 years is made available to our welcome guests, plus an additional folding bed. A free wi-fi internet line is also active inside the apartment.
Despite being in a convenient position for all services, the area is extremely quiet and free from noise of any kind.
To be added upon your arrival the tourist tax ( only for the first 5 days) of €3 per day per adult and €1.50 for children aged 10 to 16, under 10 there is no tax.

For arrivals after 10.00 pm a fee of 40 euros is applied
