Located within the characteristic village of Sant’Ambrogio, a hamlet of the renowned Cefalù located just 5km away.
Far from the chaos of the city, the village is part of the Madonie park and overlooks the Tyrrhenian Sea.
Uncrowded beaches and crystal clear sea are ideal for a relaxing holiday.
In the village you can find all the necessary services: a tavern overlooking the belvedere (a few steps from the house), a bar / tobacconist, a minimarket and a pizzeria located in the central square.
Space:
The house consists of a large kitchen-living room fully equipped with everything you need including a comfortable double sofa bed. Bathroom with shower adjacent to the master bedroom, all finely furnished.
Outside is the private garden consisting of a stone patio and a courtyard guarded by fragrant jasmine trees, used as a relaxation area with a sitting area, a hammock and a barbecue that you can use.
In short, a "Cocciu d’amuri"!
