This lovely house – dating back to 1700 - is located in the picturesque historical centre of Cefalù, 100 mt to the sandy beach, in a quiet side street 30 mt from the main church “il Duomo”. It’s a traditional three-storey house newly renovated in the old fashion style, and it is unique in its simplicity: stone walls, terracotta-tiled floor and raftered ceiling.
On the ground floor there is the dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom; on the first floor there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunkbed; on the top floor there is the living room (with a bed-coach), a small bathroom and a lovely terrace, overlooking the sea, the old roofs and the “Rocca”, the well-famous mountain symbol of Cefalù.
It is the best for those who love enjoying lively resorts, but also – thanks to its ideal position – for those who want to relax and rest in the terrace enjoying some wine and a nice Italian meal, with a great sea-view!
All rooms have natural light, are well ventilated and look at lovely corners of the old town.
There is a washing machine, air-conditioning and fans; you’ll find everything you might need for your comfortable stay.
Not recommended to people with leg problems and loud groups.
