Villa Calamancina is situated in a quiet area at 900 meters from the village of San Vito Lo Capo, famous for the white sandy beach. The villa, with a pleasant view over the sea, is surrounded by a large garden (1.000 sqm) with typical Mediterranean plants.

-living room/kitchen with double sofa bed, air conditioning, satellite tv and dvd player; the kitchen is equipped with electric oven; microwave oven, toaster, refrigerator and freezer;
-two double bedroom with air conditioning and wardrobe;
-one bedroom with two single beds, converting in a double bed bedroom, with air conditioning and wardrobe;
-two bathroom with shower and washing machine;
-covered terrace.
Outside, there is a large garden with kitchen, barbecue, chairs, dining table, deckchairs and shower with hot water.
The proximity of the villa to the village and the beach is ideal for pleasant walks with the bike. WIFI
