The apartment is located in the residence Calamaiore, 1800 metres from the city center of Maddalena. Private pool for adults and children, common parking lot, foodstore. The nearest beaches are in Punta Tegge (walking distance, nice refreshment point and beautiful cliff) and Cala Francese (very beautiful and small, 10 minutes by car). Other beaches of the islands can be reached by car or boat.
The apartment is 50 square metres on the third floor (lift), 5 beds max - one toilet only!.
Composed of: spacious living room with kitchenette, sofa bed and loft bed, bedroom, sofa bed in the entrance and terrace overlooking the sea and islands.
