Cottage

INTERIOR: a small studio apartment of 40 m2 with 2 sofa beds, also ideal for families. It has a kitchenette, dining table and small bathroom inside. It is a simple accommodation, with everything you need (TV, Wifi) but certainly, the prime location is ideal for experiencing the lakefront garden.

OUTSIDE: The garden is lakefront, with a private gate access to the beach and private dock. Outside there is a hot shower, ideal after a swim in the lake, deck chairs and a table for dining. Also available to guests is private parking, a bbq (you must bring charcoal).
The main road from Lecco to Bellagio is behind the cottage, please expect some car noise during the night or traffic hours.

NATURE: We are only a few meters from the lake, so running into insects (spiders, moisture-loving bugs) is normal. We do what we can during cleaning, but if you have problems with this kind of fauna we recommend another type of accommodation.

PARKING: is directly in front of the cottage entrance and is private in an area where none can be found. You must remove the chain after retrieving the keys from the safe deposit box.

Possibility of using the ferry (Oliveto Lario and Onno stop a few minutes walk away) and buses connecting Lecco and Bellagio (always Onno stop).

City tax is mandatory and has to be paid locally. 1 eur per person per day. Free under 14 years. Free for stay over 8 nights.
