The house Pesco is located in the land surrounding La Gianna farmhouse.

The farmhouse is located in Tuscany on the hills between Viareggio and Lucca in an ancient village called Nocchi near Camaiore.

The property stretches on to a land with olive trees and wineyards. There is a large common garden (in addition to the private one) with a beautiful swimming pool and nearby a woodoven a barbeque and a laundry. The pool area is equipped with sun-umbrellas and deckchairs.

There is a vegetables common garden and orchard open to everyone where you can hand pick you fruits and vegetables.

The farmhouse is in a ideal geographic location for a relaxing holiday close to historical cities (Lucca, Pietrasanta, Camaiore, Pisa) and Versilia coast.

From Nocchi you can reach the top of monte Prana from where you can have a nice panoramic view of Apuane Alps and Tirrenian Sea.

By car you can reach the popular beach of Viareggio, located 14 km from Nocchi. While in Viareggio you will have access to a private beach club, where an umbrella and two chairs will be available for you. This service is included in the price of the house rent.

The beach club is equipped with windsurfs, surfs, surf school, catamaran, canoes (additional price will apply for these additional services).
