Flat includes 1 master bedroom furnished in modern style, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Each room has a closet with clothes hangers.

Possibility of air conditioners (separate price): Air conditioner at € 10 per day to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Wood floors. Animals are not allowed. No smoking.
The apartment is located in a non refurbished (exterior)building.
The kitchen has oven, gas cooker, microwave, washing machine.
Plates, glasses, cutlery,pots and pans are included.

 10 minute walk from the sea (port and Lungomare Palmasera), 2 minute walk from the bakery, 2 minute drive to supermarket.
Beaches: 15 minutes walk from Palmasera, Sos Dorroles and central beach.
By car (5 minutes) from Cala Ziu Martine, Cala Fiuli.
TO NOTE: Cala Gonone is a small village of 1700 inhabitants. In the summer this number quadruples. The neighborhood (including the dogs!) population and traffic increase. Traffic noise, population, dogs can be heard with open windows.

Stay tax € 1.50 / day / adult 14years + quoted in your final price but payable at arrival. A receipt is provided.
