The house is located in the Rovezzano area, a 10-minute drive from the historical center of Florence and surrounded by century-old Villa Favard Park. The house occupies the 1st floor of a rustic building nestled in a large park with swimming pool. It has 3 double rooms with twin beds and 3 double bedrooms. Each room has a private bathroom with shower , AC , TV . The decor incorporates works of art, beamed ceiling and antique furniture. It is equipped with free Wi-Fi. Some rooms overlook the garden others overlook the courtyard. You can relax on the furnished terrace or in the living room with fireplace and table biliardo.E 'available a pool (12m. X 7m.)
