In the heart of the Tuscan hills between Pisa and Florence, surrounded by nature, the "Podere Il Leccione" offers the meeting point between relaxation, fun, art and gastronomy. We will be happy to welcome you in a quiet and familiar environment. Just 2 km from the center of Palaia, surrounded by woods and olive trees, in one of the most beautiful landscapes of Tuscany, "Il Leccione" offers its guests the certainty of spending a relaxing holiday. Nearby you can find many typical restaurants where you can taste and delight yourself with the genuine and tasty dishes of Tuscan cuisine.

The villa is about 180 square meters large and is finely furnished with the warm and welcoming style of country houses, terracotta floors and ceilings with old exposed wooden beams. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, a living area, a bedroom and two bathrooms. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The villa is surrounded by a large gravel square dominated by a huge age-old holm oak "IL LECCIONE". On the back of the house there is a swimming pool (7x5), and a large garden with deck chairs, sun beds, umbrellas, barbecue and large patio where you can eat on warm summer evenings.

Its strategic position allows you to reach the major art cities of Tuscany with short journeys: Florence (55 km), Siena (60 km), Pisa (45 km), Lucca (40 km), Volterra (35 km), San Gimignano (40 km).
In addition, the sea is only 45 km away.
You will also find the Golf Course at "Golf Club Toscana Resort" in Castelfalfi (20 km)

SWIMMING POOL: opening from 01 May
TOURIST TAX is not included in the price. The cost is 1 euro per day only for the first 5 days of stay to be paid for guests aged 10 or over.
LPG HEATING is not included in the price. The cost is 7 euros per m3 to be calculated based on actual consumption.
Bath and bed linen included in the price. The weekly change (if required) and the linen requested by the guest in addition to that already supplied are not included in the price. In these cases the price is payable locally.
