The house of wood is located in a quiet green garden with oasis of a olive and a lemon grove, 200 metres from the public beach. Chalet is a indipendent house with one living-room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 veranda, private car parking. When you entry in chalet feel the smell of good wood. In the morning you can take the breakfast in garden. In the evening you can eat your fish or meat in the barbecue. After you can watch a dvd film. The near littoral is a long beach of sand and a limpid and safe sea. The entry to the near public beach is free. We have a private beach free entrance for our guest 15 minute by walking that is very very cleaned, safe, and has all beach service. We have a free private swimming-pool for you 15 minute by walking.
We have a school of sail, windsurf and kayak so you can exit on the sail-boat or you can do a sailing course.
The school sail is perfect for children because we have beautiful small-boat.

School of sail, windsurf, kayak: we have a school of sail, windsurf, kayak and surf for children from 7 years ago to adults.
The sail school is located in marine reserve in Isola delle Femmine.
You can follow a course of 1 week when you come in holiday in chalet.
All course has 6 lesson of 1 hour to day and the special price all inclusive is 150 euro.
