Only ten minutes walk from St. Mark's, the apartment is located at the ground floor but safe from high water danger (mt.1,52 above sea level) and has its own entrance. Simply but pleasantly furnished. The windows overlooking channel, a "riva" and a little inner courtyard provide enough light and create a lovely atmosphere. You enter directly into the living room, where there are 2 sofa beds, TV, radio and CD player. Communicating is the kitchen/dining room, with adequate kitchenware and cookware; there is a microwave oven. You access then to the bedroom with lovely window overlooking the canal and door window leaning to a lovely private courtyard. In the first part of the bathroom a washing machine; bathroom, with sink, bidet and shower, is comfortable, ventilated and lighted by two little windows overlooking the channel
