This house lies in Sète, a town in Petite Camargue in the south of France. It is 100 meters from a salt bathing lake, the "Etang de Thau", which communicates with the sea. It is only 2 km from the sea, 30 km from the university city of Montpellier and 20 minutes from the "Ile de loisirs de Cap d'Agde". A fishermen's town, Sète triples its inhabitants in summer because of its wonderful sea, its strategic position between Provence and Spain, Camargue and history. The seaside is about two kilometers from the house, and the sandy coastline spreads out over 12 kilometers

Located in the residential area of Le Barrou, with view on the "Bassin de Thau", the house is articulate on two floor.
The house is very extended. At ground flor there is a very large living room, in double volume, the kitchen, two separated double bedroom, a bathroom and a store-room.
At the first floor there is another living room with view on the ground floor, with a sofa bed, a separated double bedroom and a bathroom.

The house has private entrance from the main street, with a little garden in front and a very large garden behind (300 squared meters) with grass and some big trees, accessible from the kitchen, where you can also eat (there is a table and some chairs), to do barbecue, to park two or three cars and so on.

The house can comfortly hosts 8-9 persons.
Pets (dogs, cats) are allowed as long as you inform the owner first.

Sète is a town with a lot of tourist facilities such as restaurants and bar on the pier. There are several local events (boat competitions on the channel and musical events such as the Jazz Festival, concerts and so on). The permanent arabic markets and the weekly ones are extremely interesting.

It is quite easy to reach Sète as it is an important French port and a
tourist town where a lot of people arrive every year. The A9 highway runs along the French coast and is only few kilometers from the town.The railway station is only 5 minutes from the city centre. You can easily reach Paris and other interesting national and foreign resorts from this station.
You can reach Montpellier airport in only 20 minutes by car.
