Open all year round, the residence is located just 2 km from the famous Poseidon Gardens, 1. 5 km from Sant'Angelo, and only 800 m from the nearest center, Panza. Furthermore, the beautiful Bay of Sorgeto is just a few steps away, reachable via convenient steps (200 steps).

Our studios are equipped with a practical kitchenette, fridge, and complete stainless steel kitchen utensils. Each studio has a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and offers a large balcony or a porch with a garden. In addition, the heating is centralized to ensure maximum comfort throughout the year.

At the residence, you will find a TV corner and a concierge desk always available to meet your every need.
