Everything is within walking distance in less than 5 minutes. There are stores and restaurants under the house. The sea is literally under the house.

The house is located in the center of Alghero near the Valencia Promenade, near Piazza Sulis, with access to a bathing establishment (on a cliff) a few hundred meters away and there is the possibility of renting a beach umbrella and sunbed. The penthouse has an interior living area of 110 m² and an exterior sea-view terrace of 12 m²

The house consists of 3 large sea-view bedrooms (two doubles, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and one double with an additional single bed - for a total of 7 comfortable beds), 2 bathrooms with showers, utility room, tastefully furnished kitchen and large living room.

The house is equipped with Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, Washing machine, Dishwasher, 2 hair dryers, iron and ironing board, bed and bath linens, 50-inch TV. Wifi Fiber unlimited + Netflix, Alexa.

The apartment is located in a posh and well-serviced area, with various activities in the immediate vicinity, usable without a car. Parking in the center will no longer be a problem because the penthouse has a garage, (only on request and for a fee), so you can visit Sardinia without having the problem of finding parking when you return.
