The house is air conditioned and consists of a kitchen / living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom. There is also a camping cot available. Complete, functional and equipped with all utensils and utensils. The living room is equipped with 32 '' color TV with satellite antenna. The site, though a stone's throw from the center (only 250-300 meters), is still quiet. The nearest beaches (La Cinta, Cala d’Ambra, L’Isuledda) are from 900 to 1400 meters; reachable on foot in about 10 minutes.
