For your holiday or business stay in Sicily (short, medium, long term rent) apartment with attic on the first floor of a four-family villa consisting of double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds that could become doubles, kitchen living room with a double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, closet, attic with another double bedroom, cot, and another bathroom with shower and balcony, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to seven people.

The apartment has an independent entrance, a private car park and a large garden, two large panoramic terraces, one of which overlooks the sea and where you can spend the warm and sunny Sicilian days with maximum relaxation !!!

The villa is located in a refined and elegant residence with a beautiful swimming pool (from June to September and any other dates will be announced), a soccer field and many outdoor spaces for long walks in the countryside.

The apartment is furnished in a modern style and carefully, the kitchen is complete with appliances (oven, stove, refrigerator) and the indispensable kitchen utensils. -

Also for those who want to enjoy the sea holiday over the pool, the villa is located about 3.5 km from the sea where you can access the many free sandy beaches or cliffs within a 5-minute drive.

At about 800 meters from the structure, there is the Torre Artale riding school where nature lovers can book excursions on horseback, or simply take a few turns inside the stables, also at about 800 meters there are tennis courts.

There are numerous restaurants and pizzerias that are nearby, minimum distance 1.5 km, you can vary from the restaurant with terrace overlooking the sea to the restaurant located in the hills.

My property is about 5 minutes drive from the village, also just 5/10 minutes is the train station of San Nicola l'Arena. It is half an hour to Palermo, half an hour to Cefalù.

Thanks to its position there are many places of interest that can be visited with daily excursions (Palermo, Monreale, Cefalù, the ruins of Solunto, the villas of Bagheria, the Valley of the Temples of Agrigento, the Aeolian Islands, Trapani, Segesta, Selinunte) .

The pizzerias and restaurants in the area are numerous and the fish is really fresh!

The villa is newly built and is ideal for spending a wonderful holiday with our whole family or with friends in our beautiful Sicily.

Possibility upon reservation on site and availability of boat excursion with or without skipper (open boat 6.20 meters) to admire our magnificent coastline and visit the most evocative places.

Here you will find kindness, respect, courtesy and a welcoming atmosphere, we will be at your disposal to provide you with the information you need to make your stay even more pleasant and live it as if you were at home.
On request and with a supplement to be agreed on site we can also provide a private tourist guide that will take you around our beautiful island.

I personally take care of the reception of my guests and I am also available to facilitate the arrival at my facility to personally pick you up at the exit of the ramp to Trabia towards San Nicola L'Arena and escort you.

Our villa is located about 4.5 km from TRABIA, a village between the blue sea and the green hills that is 34 km from Palermo, on the coast road, along the highway 113 to Messina.

Its position is suitable for those who want to visit Sicily, it is about 2 km from the important motorway junction A / 19 PA-CT and A / 20 PA-ME
