Apartment

The two-room apartment is located in a country cottage, just outside Assisi, surrounded by a large park with swimming pool and independent entrance, ideal for resting in the midst of greenery, under the flight of swallows and many other birds, but also a strategic point to reach all the other historical and cultural cities of Umbria.


HOUSE: the house is a new construction, anti-seismic and made with old stone and bricks, characteristic of the whole UMBRA countryside. on the ground floor there are funds, on the mezzanine floor the 4 two-room apartments of about 35 meters each used for tourist activities. while we live in the apartment above and we are always available to our guests for any need.

outside: All around the house there is a large park with parking and private swimming pool, with various sun beds for peaceful relaxation in the midst of greenery and water. it is also possible to grill and eat outside.
