With capacity of up to 31 seats, after 22 there is an additional cost. Immersed in the greenery of the Umbrian hills, in a very panoramic position, between Perugia and Assisi, ours is an ancient farmhouse from the 1200s completely renovated and organized to accommodate groups. The structure is an ancient noble house that belonged to a very important family from Perugia, ideal for groups of friends or several families, it has a room with a large fireplace on the ground floor with an adjacent kitchen organized with 4 burners, oven, pasta cooker, grill lava stone, fridge, chest freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven so you can cook and eat together. Also on the ground floor there are two other living rooms and a dining room for everyone. It is surrounded by a magnificent garden with roses, olive trees and fruit trees, within which there is a beautiful and panoramic swimming pool complete with umbrellas, sun loungers and deck chairs. We also have a pleasant children's play area located right in front of the swimming pool. For our little guests we have a play area in the garden in front of the swimming pool and an internal room with games, markers and colours. Furthermore, in the garden we have a barbecue area with outdoor tables, chairs and sofas and a laundry room with washing machine, available free of charge to our guests.
At 800 m. here, in the village, there is a large supermarket where you can do your shopping, a bakery, a pizzeria, a bar, a post office, etc. For all those who want to improvise pizza chefs, it is also possible to use a magnificent wood-fired oven located in our characteristic courtyard; for those who prefer barbecue, we have a large brick barbecue, located in the garden with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. As for meals, if you don't want to cook, there are two restaurants/pizzerias nearby where you can dine at reasonable prices and enjoy typical Umbrian cuisine. Ours is the ideal place to stay in contact with nature in a friendly, relaxing and pleasant environment.
