"Colosseum" is a quiet, elegant, recently redecorated junior suite in an exclusive guest house located in the heart of Rome, a few steps away from all main city sites: the Opera House, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish steps, the Presidential Palace , Via Veneto, and the most significant archeological sites.
The room:
"Colosseum" has a wide range of in-room facilities and amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible: air conditioning and central heating, hairdryer, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi
The room is spacious and luminous and comes with a king size bed or twin beds, valuable furniture, classical finishes and elegant teak parquet flooring. It is artfully decorated with a contemporary light installation representing an ancient Roman famous monument (Colosseum).
It is suitable whoever is looking for comfort at a fair price.

Important notices:
• The rate includes accommodation in one of the six rooms of the guest house.
• City tax not included (€ 3.50 per person per day to be paid upon arrival).
• Buffet breakfast not included but an italian breakfast can be organized upon
        request (€ 7.00 per person per day upon arrival).
• Parking is available on request 25 € per day to be paid upon arrival.
• Reception is open from 10.00 to 18. 00 H.
• Check-in time: from 15.00 to 18. 00 H.
• Check-out time: 10.00 a.m.
• Early check-in or late check-out will be organized upon request, based on
        availability.
• Late arrival will be charged as an extra (€ 25.00 to be paid upon arrival).
• Transfer service can be organized on request and will be charged upon arrival.
• Please, let us know your arrival time.
House rules:
• No smoking in all the apartment.
• No parties allowed.
• No disturbing of the other guests ..
Sorry, no pets.
• For your safety the main entrance door and part of the lounge is under
        surveillance camera.
