Upstairs is the Suite with King size bed, full dedicated bathroom and outdoor terrace with teak wood floor and glass balustrade overlooking the pool. The exterior is characterized by the presence of a large swimming pool bounded by a surface of about 500 square meters of lawn, a garden with various types of plants typical of the Mediterranean, from an area used as an orchard, vineyard (with a variety of bitter negro , montepulciano and black and white malvasia) and olive grove. The villa has 2 separate and independent entrances, parking, automatic gate, heating, air conditioning, alarm system with video surveillance, wi-fi connection, dolby surround system, flat screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, microwave and , outdoor furniture and barbecue. Thanks to its 3 bedrooms as well as the comfortable sofa bed located in the dining area and the third additional bed in the Suite, it can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people.
There is also a separate "extra" dependance on request, with a separate entrance that can comfortably accommodate 4 more people.
