Apartment

In the quiet of the Tuscan countryside, an old building used as a vegetable store, has been restored and transformed into an apartment. The apartment has a kitchen with a living room and a sofa bed, a bathroom and two bedrooms, one equipped with a double bed, the other with a queen-size bed. Housing comfort levels are achieved through special measures implemented with the renovation aimed at saving energy in the building. The ventilated roof, the outer coat and quality fixtures prevent heat loss and guarantee cool environments in summer and warm in winter. The photovoltaic and solar panels, positioned on the south side of the building, provide the necessary electricity and hot water.

A tour around

We are on the rolling Tuscan hills between vineyards and olive groves, near Bolgheri with its famous cypress-lined avenue. The sea is only 6 km away with the possibility to access the Bolgheri Natural Oasis with pristine beaches.
Nearby are historic and artistic cities such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia and Florence. Along the coast, at 30km c. a, there is an Etruscan archaeological site of Populonia, while in the hinterland, in Campiglia there is the Mineral Park of San Silvestro.
