The apartment with exposed beams is located on the first and last floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two people, double bedroom with balcony, single bedroom with two bunk beds, bathroom with shower, large terrace furnished with table and chairs for six people, splendid lake view. The apartment is located in a green area of 36,000 m2 with three communicating swimming pools, a football and beach volleyball field, a children's playground, a barbecue area and a club house dedicated to children. The residence is guarded by a caretaker and is equipped with cameras.
On foot you can reach beautiful public beaches including the white beach and the fabulous port of Dusano from where public and private ferries depart to reach the famous tourist resort of Sirmione.
The internationally renowned Garda Golf is less than 2 km away. Inside the residence there is a large swimming pool, with a 360 degree lake view accompanied by umbrellas and sun loungers, divided into three communicating areas: adult area 25X18 height 1.40, children's area 10X6 height 0.50, whirlpool area 6X3 height 0.90. The swimming pool is supervised by bathing attendants in the period from 15 June to 15 September. In the structure there are: a large barbecue area equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners, children's playground, games room with table football and ping-pong table, soccer field, beach volleyball. The apartment, also ideal for families with children, enjoys a magnificent lake view and is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, Wi-Fi included, satellite TV with Astra. The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. The bathroom includes a shower, bidet and washing machine. A garage included in the price completes the equipment. The residence is completely closed. It is equipped with cameras and is monitored by a caretaker. It is located just 150 meters from Porto Dusano where there are bars and restaurants by the lake and where it is possible to rent motor boats and take advantage of a public maritime transport service to reach the most famous places of Lake Garda (Sirmione, Salò , Desenzano, Riva del Garda, Gardone Riviera, Limone, Peschiera, Lazise). From the residence you can easily reach: the famous white beach, Porto Dusano, Porto Torchio, La Rocca di Manerba and its natural park, the prestigious internationally renowned Garda Golf Country, the Sirmione peninsula with its famous spas, the characteristic Salò and the Vittoriale of Gabriele D'Annunzio, the famous lakefront of Desenzano, the amusement parks of Gardaland and Caneva Word. A short distance away are the most famous tourist cities of Venice and Verona.
