Mediterranean style villa, in a residential area of Gaeta. Wide view of the sea and the gulf up to the islands of Ponza, Palmarola and Ventotene. The house is surrounded by an 850 m2 garden, completely fenced in and equipped with a swimming pool and gazebo. There are also many shaded spaces where you can relax outdoors even on the hottest days.

The Fontania beach is only 500 m away and therefore easily reachable on foot. A little further away are the beautiful beaches of Serapo and Dell'Arenauta. Ideal starting point for reaching the main tourist resorts on the north coast (such as Sperlonga 15 km, Terracina 37 km, Circeo 55 km) and the south (Caserta with its Bourbon palace 85 km and Naples 95 km with its embarkations for islands of Capri and Ischia). Formia is 6 km away, port of embarkation for the islands of Ponza and Ventotene. Gaeta is among the 7 municipalities of Lazio to have received the Blue Flag award.

The Villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people; it consists of two double bedrooms and one with a bunk bed, two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), two equipped kitchens and a large living room, all spread over two levels. From the terrace on the first floor you can enjoy the view of the whole gulf of Gaeta, while from the terrace/solarium on the top floor the gaze can be lost as far as the gulf of Naples and the Pontine islands.
