The house is on the edge of the ancient fortified town of Castellonalto, it is placed on a rocky outcrop and overlooks a deep gorge and pristine crossed by way of Lana.
The restoration of the property has favored the originality and exclusivity of the details; doors, windows, furniture and accessories are all original; what is proposed, it is to enjoy beautiful things, original, ancient forgetting for a few days the modernity.
The area devoted entirely to the guests are a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a living room with fireplace, kitchenette and sofa bed (single), a bathroom and a terrace garden with a barbecue.
A small part of the house is available to the proprietor, but it is completely independent
The house is a strategic starting point for tours and excursions in the Lower Umbria. you can reach by car Spoleto, Spello, Assisi, Lioness, Terni, Marmore Falls and Terminillo in 30-60 minutes; Rome and Perugia in 90 minutes. With less than 30 minutes you can reach sport centers for practicing canyoning, rafting, fishing horse riding. Trails for hiking, mountain biking and road bikes are on hand.
