Villa Peonia C is a welcoming apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Villa Peonia C you will enjoy a splendid view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Villa Peonia C is 40 square meters (430 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Ischia, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the bus stop at 600 meters (roughly 1970 feet) and the closest beach at roughly 500 meters (550 yards).
Villa Peonia C is located on the second floor of a three story building. You will reach it by way of an elevator.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Peonia C. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved).

Villa Peonia A, B and C are three apartments that are part of a gracious three-storey house which has been divided into 12 small vacation apartments. It is located on a panoramic position within a tranquil area of Ischia Porto.


The main attraction of Ischia is the thermal baths. Ischia is a volcanic island whose subsoil pours out more than a hundred springs of water rich in minerals and of several different temperatures. Ancient Romans already acknowledged that the water had therapeutic and sacred properties. Nowadays these waters are used by modern thermal spas in a great number of establishments distributed all over the island.


Some beaches have natural pools which are filled with thermal waters which spring from the subsoil: you will find bathing in thermal waters mixed with sea water just amazing!!!

Terrace
The terrace is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a gazebo. It is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs and a gazebo. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.
 Living Room
The living room is paved with elegant tiles. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the small balcony with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a double-glazed French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a Juliet balcony. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
