Apartment

Casa Arpa is a characteristic attic located in the center of Maiori and a few meters from the sea. It sleeps four people. It is approximately 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Maiori, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Salerno line and the beach at 50 meters (approximately 165 feet).
Casa Arpa is located on the third floor of an ancient building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up a walkway that includes approximately 100 stairway steps. An elevator is available.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Arpa. If you do have one, you will be able to park it downtown, for a fee, in a parking lot. Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a small window.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; heating; linens; towels; Wi-Fi Internet connection; electricity. Available for a fee, if desired:parking, if reserved in advance. Tourist tax, paid locally: EUR 1.00 per person per night. Guests aged under 14 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 150 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the second bedroom. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The room has two roof windows. The room also has two small windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2 - a pass-through room
Important notice: members of your party will need to walk through this bedroom to reach the first bedroom. You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. This room has no door. The floor is paved with tiles with handmade decoration, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a roof window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid sea green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer. The bathroom has no windows. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
