Villa

Casa Denisa is a welcoming villa surrounded by a lemon and orange garden. It sleeps five people. From Casa Denisa you will enjoy a nice view of the garden. Casa Denisa is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a nice private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 300 meters (330 yards) from the center of Lido di Noto, where you will find restaurants and a grocery store. You will find the beach at 350 meters (approximately 380 yards).
You will reach Casa Denisa from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Denisa you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: linens; towels. To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 70.00;electricity EUR 7.00/day. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 250 (it is returned to you at check-out).


The heating in the living room and kitchen is provided by a wood stove. The property owner will supply daily provisions of wood for free.
Terrace
The terrace is 18 square meters (194 square feet) large. It is equipped with a wickerwork sofa and two armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy a pleasant view of the garden.
Patio
The patio is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the patio you will enjoy a nice view of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 1500 square meters (16200 square feet). It is equipped with an external shower. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable, and include two sofas and an armchair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels) and a DVD player. The room has a window with a view of the garden.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the garden, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the garden, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a window with a view of the garden. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
