Villa

Villa Tessa is a splendid two-story villa with the strong charachter which derives from it actually being a converted barn house. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Tessa you will enjoy a charming view of the Chianti hills and of the vineyards. Villa Tessa is 210 square meters (2260 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Castelfiorentino, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards).
To stay at Villa Tessa you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, two sun umbrellas, deck chairs, four sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Tuscan hills. The pool is open from mid-March until the end of October.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a gazebo and an hammock. In the garden you will find a fenced children's playground. Here you will also find a barbecue.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house, featuring some antique pieces, and include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden and the swimming pool through two French doors.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is tiled with lucid handmade majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the corridor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
First FloorBedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the garden and of the hills, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a Juliet balcony, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 4
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the garden and of the hills, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 5
You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a Juliet balcony, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Bathroom 3
The third bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with fixed shower head. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
