Casa Marieva A is a characteristic cottage surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps two people. It is approximately 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be roughly 7 km (4.3 miles) from Marina di Grosseto, where you will find shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and a grocery store at 2.5 km (roughly 1.6 miles).
To stay at Casa Marieva A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate.

The Marieva apartments are part of a complex in the heart of the countryside in Grosseto.


This characteristic area is rich in tourist destinations: 6 Km from the beaches of Marina di Grosseto, Castiglione della Pescaia, Punta Ala, Argentario, is also close to the Natural Park of Maremma and the thermal baths of Saturnia.


The property offers its guests plenty of space with 2 swimming pools for adults and children, sports, tennis, volleyball, children's playground, gym, massages, bike rental, barbecue, bar, a restaurant, extensive gardens and offers cozy rooms and apartments with private entrance and parking, private garden and porch of new construction.


The property offers the ideal holiday for nature lovers, in contact with a family atmosphere, genuine and comfortable. 

Swimming Pool 1
The swimming pool is 14 meters (46 feet) large by 18 meters (59 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner, has a cervical hydromassage shower and has a counter-current swimming machine. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. You will share the pool area with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Swimming Pool 2
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. In the swimming pool area you will also find a non-heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (it has a diameter of 9.8 feet) . It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and an external shower, and it is shaded by a gazebo. You will share the pool area with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is equipped with tables and chairs. In the garden you will find a fenced children's playground. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Fitness Room
At the complex you will find a fitness room equipped with a treadmill, a home gym and a fitness bench. The fitness room is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large.
Laundry room
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine at your disposal.
 Patio
The patio features an above-ground jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (2.2 by 2.2 meters, 7.2 by 7.2 feet) with four seats. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.
Garden
In the garden there will be a private area for your own exclusive use. The garden is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with an hammock.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate two guests. The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is a practical fireplace made of bricks. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
