Casa Samuela is a charming ancient house overlooking the sea and the main beach of Positano. It sleeps four people. From Casa Samuela you will enjoy a wonderful view of Positano and of the sea. Casa Samuela is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the local bus at 500 meters (1640 feet). You will reach Casa Samuela from the beach going up a short public walkway that includes approximately 90 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Samuela. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 800 meters (880 yards), for a fee, in a parking lot. Terrace
The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of Positano and of the sea.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; electricity; linens; towels. Available for a fee, if desired:heating (when needed);baby bed EUR 30.00/week. Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 2.50 per person per night. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 100 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a wickerwork sofa and two armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate five guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room has two large panoramic windows with a view of the sea and of the coastline. Here you will also find a safe.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a small high window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
