Attic of new construction consists of a large living room with fitted kitchen, TV and a comfortable sofa bed. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms equipped with every comfort.
The penthouse is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi and private parking.

The residential area where the apartment is located is very quiet and peaceful. A few minutes walk from the sea and from the center of Bordighera.

A few minutes walk you can reach the railway station of Bordighera and the bus stops along the coast.
The host will be happy to support you to rent a car or a scooter if guests wish.
