Podere Montespertoli is 2km from the village in a beautiful panoramic position on the surrounding hills.

The house is a building of stone 1700 restored according to the Tuscan with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and terracotta floors.
The apartment is 100 square meters with a double bedroom, a kitchen, a large living room and a bathroom with shower.
It can accommodate two people plus a child up to 12 years. The house is surrounded by a garden with table and chairs. The pool is located in a panoramic position and is shared with the other apartment. Our two houses are separated by a country road.
In Montespertoli there are all kinds of shops, a museum of religious art and a museum for the culture of wine. It is famous as a wine city and every year there is the Mostra Mercato del vino Chianti. Our family has been producing wine and oil art pottery. The cost of heating, if necessary, is requested separately and is of € 5.50 per m3
