Apartment historic charming, recently renovated, situated in the center of Naples a few steps from Piazza del Plebiscito, San Carlo opera house and Via Chiaia and Via Toledo, the heart of shopping.
It spreads over two floors connected by an internal staircase and is elegantly furnished and equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
It consists of thre rooms including 2 large double bedrooms both with views of the inner courtyard, with bathroom and dressing room. The first is on the entrance floor, with blue bathroom with shower and a large window. The second room is located on the 2nd level, with frescoed bathroom with tub and circular window, it can become a comfortable suite for 4 people as it is connected to a stand-alone environment overlooking the living room, in which they are arranged two single beds. The ground floor is completed by the entrance, the kitchen and the living-dining room, decorated with beams with original frescoes of the 19th century and a magnificient view on the main street. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen, in a separate room, is equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board.
The house is equipped with bedding and towels. For long stays, you can request a laundry and / or cleaning with extra charge.
Parking is non allowed but In the immediate vicinity are located 3 garages open H24. For our guests - Garage Nunziatella - (Via Nunziatella 8, Tel. -081-7648919, Mob. 39333 3571178) the closest of the three, offering the special rate of 20 euro per day for all kinds of machinery excluded the van.
