Private vacation home

The villa is divided into 2 independent apartments. My husband and I live in one of them. The guest apartment is composed of 1 bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, 1 bedroom with 2 beds (one of them queen-size) and air-conditioning, a kitchen with oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine and all necessary cooking items and a large bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
At the outside our guests can enjoy a private patio (which offers absolute privacy and faces south)with a table and 4 chairs, barbecue and pizza oven and a beautiful garden.

Furthermore there is a large pool for the exclusive use of our guests;
The house is situated in a residential area and is mostly surrounded by countryside, therefor I recommend a car to get around

Just a 2-minute walk away there is a large well stocked supermarket which also sells ready-made food to take away.
My house is located in a strategic position, in a 15 minutes drive you can reach Ortigia (the old city center with the famous little beach Calarossa), in 5 minutes the greek theater and in 20 minutes the nearest beaches. Also the motorway access is easy and fast, making it ideal for visiting places like Noto, Taormina, Ragusa and Modica and to explore the south-east coast of Sicily.
