The holiday home is a charming and welcoming detached villa, just 50 meters from the sandy beach, which can be reached by a private path.

It is an ideal holiday for two couples or a family who prefer privacy, peace and relaxation, if you enjoy a beach holiday, barbecues and moments of relaxation without giving up splendid cultural excursions nearby, such as "Cava d'Ispica ”, the baroque churches of Ispica, the archaeological area of “Parco Forza” and other interesting cultural itineraries.
The holiday home consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a second double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a large kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, corner fireplace, air conditioning in the corridor and in a bedroom.
