The house is situated in a prestigious private residence (Residence Zinibiri), on a panoramic position on a hill, with privacy and a lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi with spectacular views of the sea and mountains. The residence is surrounded by Mediterranean bush and it is only 300 meters far from the sea.
The Home’s name comes from one of the trees symbol of the near Supramonte plateau: the Carob.
The house is set on two floors. On the ground floor there is a room with two single beds, a wardrobe and a door window with sea view and direct access to the garden. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with sea view, equipped with a wardrobe, 1 bathroom with washing machine and a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher and all the necessary equipment. From the kitchen-living room there is a porch overlooking the sea where you can have lunch and dinner. The house is equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV and a private parking for two cars.
In the garden there are a barbecue and a stone shower.
