Apartment

It is a brand new building located in the new residential area of San Vito Lo Capo, just 10 minutes walk from the sea.
The apartments are 2 (one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor) and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people there. The area is quiet and well ventilated.
The houses are large (about 70 square meters), bright and finely furnished in a modern style.
Wi-Fi internet access is available for free in both houses.
The first floor apartment has a terrace / solarium with a pleasant panoramic view over the town and the sea.
The ground floor apartment has instead a large veranda equipped with gazebo, table, chairs and barbecue.
The beach of San Vito Lo Capo is easily reachable on foot in 10 min., While for those wishing there is a free shuttle bus that takes you to the beach and to the town center and stops 100 meters from the apartment.
