A delightful apartment of about 60 square meter (about 650 square feet), located on the 2nd floor of a small 5-units building. 10 minute walk from the town of Torri del Benaco (Località Pontirola n. 184) and 50 meters from the beach, but in a very quiet area, the apartment enjoys a stunning view of Lake Garda.

The living area, all with lake view, consists of living room and a quite large kitchen which is well equipped.
The kitchen is complete with electric cooker, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster plate, espresso and filter coffee makers, kettle.
In the living room, there is a three-seater sofa, ideal for relaxing in front of the TV and watch German, English, Danish, Belgian or Russian channels…

The sleeping area consists of 2 rooms, 1 double bedroom with the possibility of adding a cot bed and 1 with double single beds.

The bathroom is large with shower, sink, toilet and bidet and washing machine.

The balcony, with view to the lake, features a coffee table, chairs and electric awnings.
Connected to the apartment there is also a beautiful terrace. On the terrace, there is enoguh space to enjoy a meal while obseving the beautifulnes of lake Garda, or to simply sunbathe and relax.

A beach umbrella and one deck chair are provided.

There is also a large private parking for your use!

Minimum stay, one week

In the rate, the following are included:
* n. 1 face towel, n. 1 bidet towel and n. 1 shower towel per person;
* Bed sheets;
* Final cleaning;
* Heating costs

Air conditioning is not included in the rate: the service is subject to charges at a cost of € 10,00 per day.
