Welcome to Torre Alpicella Holiday Home, a spacious and comfortable independent house located in the picturesque locality of Torre Alpicella on the summit of the coastal promontory that marks the border between Diano Marina and Imperia. Surrounded by a pine forest and completely fenced, this house is ideal for families or groups of friends who wish to experience an outdoor vacation in the tranquility of nature, in total privacy and relaxation.

From the ancient Watchtower, erected in the 1600s by the Genoese to defend against Saracen pirates (a little further ahead and still visible), began the old Salt Road, which connected the coast with the northern European regions, with a route entirely along the hill crests up to the Maritime Alps. The name "Strada Savoia" still evokes the ancient trade routes.

Torre Alpicella offers a large garden with a spectacular view of the sea of Diano Marina and the surrounding hilltop villages. The spacious outdoor areas are equipped with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the summer in freedom. Four-legged friends are welcome!

On the upper floor, you will find two comfortable bedrooms: a romantic double bedroom with sea view (with 2 single beds that can be joined) and a colorful room for children or guests, with 2 spacious bunk beds (2 meters long) for a total of 4 beds. On the ground floor, the living area includes a living room, a dining room with a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The house is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable family vacation, including a microwave, coffee machine, and washing machine.

Areas with Solarium In the garden, on the sunny exterior facade, a beautiful wellness area has been created with hot/cold shower, sink, bathroom furniture, and solarium. This sunny corner offers complete privacy. The dining area is equipped with tables and a barbecue, ideal for endless candlelit evenings.

Torre Alpicella offers a 360° panoramic view, great tranquility and privacy, and a pleasant coolness even on the hottest days. The park, fully fenced and wooded, is perfect for hosting four-legged friends.

Located on the summit of Capo Berta hill, Torre Alpicella is in a strategic position that allows easy movement by car both towards Diano Marina, Cervo, and Andora (with beautiful sandy beaches) and towards Imperia Oneglia and Imperia Porto Maurizio, towns rich in history, restaurants, shops, and all services.

The Riviera Within Reach
The Imperia Est motorway exit is only 5 minutes away and allows you to reach all the major tourist destinations of the Riviera in a few minutes (Sanremo, Bordighera, Alassio, Menton, Monaco).

The road in the last stretch is paved but narrow, so it is necessary to drive carefully and honk the horn near curves.
