Holiday Apartment Anna, is an independent 85 sqm house suitable for families (from 2 to 4 people), with children.
There is a beautiful spacious and completely fenced garden, with 4 sun loungers, a gazebo with tables + 6 chairs, a gas barbecue and a convenient parking space inside the property for the car.
Pets are welcome.
It is very well maintained, with every comfort.
As soon as you enter, you will find a beautiful and welcoming dining room with wood-burning fireplace, children's play area, double sofa bed for 2 people, TV, extendable table with 4 chairs, sideboard. You enter the kitchen with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric fan oven, microwave oven, coffee pod machine, American coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, citrus squeezer, bottle warmer, minipipper, spices.
There are 2 bathrooms:
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with washing machine (powder detergent present and free), toilet, sink, towel warmer, (changing table with baby bath if necessary).
On the 1st floor, bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, heated towel rail, medicine box, hairdryer.
Going up the staircase, you enter the mezzanine, with a large wardrobe with 2 sliding doors.
The bedroom consists of 1 double bed which can become 2 single beds if necessary, TV, a French window leading to a nice balcony overlooking the garden.
The house has the following FREE EQUIPMENT for children aged 0 to 4:
2 small beds 120 cm long complete with covered sheets, duvets, pillows, 2 high chairs for eating, 2 bouncers, 2 mountain backpacks for children up to 15 kg, side protections for single beds, playpen for small children, safety gate for internal staircase, changing table with baby bath tub, plastic cutlery glasses, games for all ages.
In the garden, children can have fun with a nice playground consisting of: swing, slide, house, watchtower.
The house is located in Santino, in the municipality of San Bernardino Verbano, 20 meters from the bar, 50 meters from the post office.
Casa Vacanza Anna, is a few km from all the services of Verbania and Gravellona Toce, is located at the entrance to the Val Grande National Park on the road to reach the town of Cicogna and Alpe Ompio. A 5-minute walk away, you can reach the San Bernardino stream where you can fish and swim in pristine waters. A 10-minute drive takes you to the lovely picturesque lake of Mergozzo or the landing stage of Intra or Pallanza.
The location is ideal for excursions to Lake Maggiore, the Borromean Islands, Lake Orta, the natural parks (Val Grande Natural Park, Alpe Veglia, Alpe Devero), the botanical gardens, the Premia and Crodo spas, for mountain excursions (Macugnaga, Mottarone, Valle Vigezzo, Val Bognanco, San Domenico)
