The 13th century house is located in the historical center (closed to traffic) of the medieval town of Massa Marittima. Near the sea and surrounded by hills is ideal for both summer and winter. Recently renovated with stone walls, wooden ceilings.

The house has 3 floors. On the ground floor a large kitchen and living room with fireplace.
On the first floor a beautiful master bedroom, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a bedroom with a bed of a square and a half. Also on this floor a small courtyard gives access to a cave in which is stored the wood for the fireplace.
The second floor consists of two large double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a balcony, which is perfect for enjoying the silence.

Remember that you can not get home with the car as it is in the city center, but you can leave the car at about 100 meters for a fee or 200 meters for free.
