Villa

The exclusive villa is located at the gates of the Country Club, a residential village located just 5 minutes by car from the center of Stintino and the beautiful and suggestive Pelosa beach. Thanks to its position, the villa enjoys splendid views of the lake, the countryside and the sea.

On the ground floor of the villa it is paved in red terracotta. The living area is furnished with 2 sofas. The living room leads into a separate dining room with a dining table for six people. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with a fridge, washing machine and electric oven.
On this level there is also a bathroom with shower.

The first floor has high ceilings with exposed wooden beams. From the double bedroom you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea, lake and countryside. There is also a bedroom with 3 single beds and a terrace overlooking the lake. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The living room overlooks the garden and swimming pool (9x4 m), also with a view of the sea, lake and countryside. The shaded terrace is equipped for outdoor dining, with a table for six people.

 - Bed linen and towels = 20 euros per person per supply / week.
- Kitchenette by the customer (penalty € 30).

Late arrival: arrivals after 20:00 = 40 euros. Arrivals after 24:00 = 50 euros.
