This semi-detached villa is less than 300 mt from the beach and features a private garden on three sides. Set over two levels in Bibione’s green Lido dei Pini area, it includes a bright open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining area for eight, and living room with a double sofa bed opening onto a small raised patio with a brick fireplace. There are two bedrooms: a master and a smaller room with two single beds. The main bathroom has a shower and window, and a second bathroom at the rear includes a washing machine and cellar. A dedicated covered parking space is available in the gated driveway.
