The villa is shaded by maritime pines and surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, recently renovated, is on two levels: The upper floor houses a large living room with comfortable sofas and TV corner, communicating with the dining area and the fully equipped open kitchen. Large panoramic windows allow you to enjoy the blue sea and romantic sunsets. On the same floor two spacious bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom - a second bathroom with shower and a study with access to the terrace to work in absolute tranquility. The elegant and cozy exteriors are designed for lingering outdoors and spending pleasant moments of relaxation in the company of friends or family. There is no shortage of more secluded places where you can isolate yourself and laze in absolute tranquility. The sea view terrace is equipped with a large wooden table for outdoor dining, a second dining area is equipped at the back, which is accessed from the living room. Outside in the garden is a convenient shower with hot water. A few outside steps lead to the lower, completely independent floor where there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
