Apartment

A short stroll from the village of Magazzini, this small complex comprises two multi-family houses divided into two-room apartments with all comforts and tastefully furnished. Each apartment has an external equipped terrace with independent entrance and gate. At guests' disposal there is an exclusive parking space and a large garden. Pets are allowed on request. From the apartments it is possible to walk to Magazzini beach, where there are a bar/restaurant, a sailing school and diving center, and boat hire. Nearby, a few minutes by car, are the most beautiful beaches of the island, Portoferraio, Porto Azzurro, Capoliveri, the golf course.
The apartment is accessed from an equipped terrace which allows you to eat outside, with an independent entrance and gate. The interior consists of a bright living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 people, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower cubicle. All the two-room apartments are equipped with air conditioning, WI-FI, refrigerator, microwave oven and television.
