The living area, air conditioned and bright, is well organized, with a dining area and a new, fully equipped kitchen, equipped with an oven, induction stove, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. There is a comfortable dining table. The relaxation area includes a sofa that can be converted into a double sofa bed and a TV.
The sleeping area includes a bedroom with four beds, consisting of a double bed and a bunk bed, as well as a wardrobe. The bathroom is modern and functional, with shower, toilet, sink, bidet and washing machine.

The center of Lecco and the train station can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot along the lake, or comfortably by bus.
